Terms of Sale

These terms and conditions of sale (T&CS) govern all orders placed on the website www.darana.ch, published by Darana Labs Sàrl, a Swiss company whose registered office is located at Rue François Grast 10, 1208 Geneva (CH), registered in the commercial register under number CHE-484.741.044.

They apply to all sales made in Switzerland and in the following countries: France, Belgium, Italy, Germany, Austria.

The products offered for sale are cosmetic care products, in particular care products based on prickly pear seed oil.

Each product is presented with a precise description and non-contractual photographs.

Products are offered subject to availability.

The displayed prices are indicated in CHF / EUR according to the country and include all applicable taxes (VAT included).

Delivery costs are specified during the order.

Free international delivery from CHF 100.– purchase

The customer places an order via the website www.darana.ch, following the steps of the purchase process.

Once the order is confirmed and paid, a confirmation email is sent.

Darana reserves the right to cancel any order in case of obvious error on the price or in case of previous dispute with the customer.

Payment is made online via a secure payment solution.

Banking data is never accessible to Darana Sàrl.

Orders are prepared and shipped within 3 working days for orders in Switzerland.

Orders are prepared and shipped within 7 working days for orders outside of Switzerland.

Shipping time might vary in exceptional cases.

A tracking number is provided for most orders.

Darana cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

Darana is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of the products once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

To date, Darana does not accept returns or withdrawal requests after purchase, for hygiene and safety reasons related to the nature of the cosmetic products offered.

In case of defective product or obvious damage upon receipt, the customer can contact Darana within 5 working days at the following address: info@darana.ch

Darana cannot be held responsible for misuse of the product or individual allergic reactions.

These T&CS are subject to Swiss law.

Any dispute relating to their application or interpretation will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the registered office of Darana Labs Sàrl, except for mandatory contrary provisions.
